The Blues last played in the Stanley Cup Final in 1970 — coincidentally, against the Boston Bruins. In fact, the most iconic image in Bruins history is the very image that Blues fans loathe, as Bobby Orr flying through the air to celebrate his game-winning goal was the last thing that happened in the last time the Blues were tussling for the Cup.
