Coaches tell basketball players at a very young age to never quit on a play, and Avery Bradley proved why that’s some wise advice during the first quarter of the Celtics’ game against the Bucks on Tuesday night.

After a shot from teammate Jared Sullinger failed to hit the rim, the 23-year-old guard chased down the ball and scored on an amazing shot from behind the backboard as he was falling out of bounds.

This is the kind of shot you are more likely to see in a game of H-O-R-S-E at your local court than in an NBA game, but credit Bradley for realizing the shot clock was about to expire and getting the shot off.
