Bill Belichick Gives Browns Safety T.J. Ward Death Stare After Injuring Rob Gronkowski (Video)

Browns safety T.J. Ward threw a giant wrench in the Patriots’ Super Bowl aspirations on Sunday, and Bill Belichick was none too happy about it.

Ward delivered a vicious hit on Rob Gronkowski during the second half on Sunday, leaving the tight end writhing in pain and reportedly ending his season. The safety said that he never intended to injure Gronkowski with the low hit, but, no matter his intention, he still earned the scorn of Belichick .

As Gronkowski was tended to by trainers and helped onto a cart to be taken off the field on Sunday, Ward walked toward the sideline to chat with a teammate. While he made his way over, though, he briefly crossed paths with Belichick, who gave him the death stare of all death stares.
