The Houston Rockets had a reason to be jolly on Christmas Day, defeating the Southwest Division-leading San Antonio Spurs 111-98 on the road. Harden scored a game-high 28 points in the win, and Howard added 15 points and 20 rebounds for his 10th double-double in the last 11 games.
The big man’s stat line wasn’t enough to earn him some love from Harden, however, as the bearded guard gave Howard the Ebenezer Scrooge treatment during a late-game timeout.
