Nope, none of Santa’s reindeer is named “Rufus,” Pau Gasol. Thanks for playing.
Gasol and several other members of the Los Angeles Lakers tried — and failed — to name all eight tiny reindeer plus the red-nosed individual who guides Santa’s sleigh on foggy Christmas Eves. Apparently, reading “The Night Before Christmas” is not a tradition at their houses, because only guard Jordan Farmar came even remotely close.
As anyone who is not a Scrooge knows, it’s Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph.
