Tom Brady Says ‘We Make Some Good Plays and Then Make Plenty of [Expletive] Plays,’ Walks Out of Press Conference

Tom BradyBrevity was Tom Brady‘s friend on Sunday.

The Patriots quarterback was caught swearing on live TV while describing his team’s issues against the Dolphins. Brady answered just two questions and walked out of his post-game press conference.

“We got plenty of chances all day,” Brady said. “We make some good plays and then make plenty of [expletive] plays.”

The first question Brady fielded was about the team’s struggles earlier in the game in the red zone .

“Yeah, we didn’t do a good job getting in the red area,” Brady said. “We didn’t do a good job finishing drives. So, you know, turns out coming up on the short end of the stick. Just wasn’t a good day, just couldn’t make enough plays when we had a chance to.”

That was all Brady said. This is the kind of season that could take years off the life of any player or coach in New England. Nearly every win has come down to the wire and they have lost four games by a combined 18 points.

After the Broncos lost to the Chargers, the Patriots had the chance to better their chances to get the No. 1 seed in the AFC. With the Texans and Raiders left on Denver’s schedule, there is little hope for a second chance at guaranteed home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
