The Bruins and Sabres played to a 1-1 tie after 20 minutes of hockey on Saturday night, but the score could have been in Buffalo’s favor if it had capitalized on a quality 3-on-2 scoring chance.

With the game scoreless early on, a turnover by Bruins defenseman Dennis Seidenberg¬†created a 3-on-2 rush up ice for the Sabres, but B’s goaltender Tuukka Rask made a quality save to keep Buffalo off the scoreboard.
