The VCU men’s basketball team did its part to brighten up a few days last week.

As part of the Children’s Hospital of Richmond’s 12 Days of Holiday Cheer, the Rams joined a number of young patients and hospital staff in a spirited, lip-sync rendition of Katy Perry‘s hit song “Roar.” The VCU ballers make only a brief cameo in the video, but with their oversized sunglasses and brightly colored microphones, they are definitely not lacking in enthusiasm.

Check it out in the video below (the team comes in around the 0:47 mark).
