The Golden State Warriors are one of the hottest teams in the NBA thanks to their phenomenal shooting from behind the 3-point line.

One night after scoring 123 points against the defending champion Miami Heat on 15-of-29 shooting from beyond the arc, it was a game-winner from 3-point land that gave Golden State a thrilling win over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night.

With 3.2 seconds remaining in regulation, Andre Iguodala inbounded the ball to Stephen Curry. The Warriors point guard was immediately double teamed, so he quickly passed it back Iguodala and the veteran forward hit a 3-point shot that beat the buzzer to give the Warriors their eighth consecutive victory.

Taking and making important shots is nothing new for Iguodala.

Unfortunately for the Warriors, their eight-game win streak hasn’t vaulted them too far up the standings. They sit in a tie for fifth place with the Houston Rockets, which shows you how competitive the Western Conference has been this season.

Check out Iguodala’s game-winning shot in the video below.
