A little bit of snow won’t prevent the Boston Bruins from playing hockey.

The team has announced that its game against the Nashville Predators, scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday at TD Garden, will go on as planned despite the winter snowstorm expected throughout the night in the Boston area.

The Bruins enter Thursday night having lost two straight. They trounced Nashville in the most recent meeting between the two teams, though, rolling to a 6-2 win on Dec. 23.

Rookie goalie Niklas Svedberg is scheduled to make his NHL debut in net for Boston.
