Richard Dumas is having quite the life after his stint in the NBA.

The former Phoenix Suns forward is accused of eight counts of stealing merchandise from the Luke Air Force Base’s exchange store while working with a janitorial service in Glendale, Ariz., according to USA Today. Police say Dumas stole close to $800 worth of merchandise, ranging from cigarettes to shoes, over two months in 2012.

Dumas appeared in court Friday and pleaded not guilty to the charges, but police released surveillance video Tuesday purportedly showing the former Suns player pocketing various items from the store.

Dumas played for the Suns between 1992 and 1995, when he was waived from the team after missing a drug test.
