Everyone loves a big hit, and rugby player Benson Stanley apparently has become somewhat of an expert in the field.
Stanley, a New Zealand native playing for French club Clermont Auvergne, delivered the latest of his crushing tackles last Sunday, when he flattened Toulouse’s Yoann Huget a half-second after Huget received a pass.
Huget might be nursing some bruised ribs, but his team had the last laugh. Toulouse toppled league-leading Clermont 19-12 to move up to fourth in the standings and keep its perfect home record intact.
