Michael Carter-Williams Gives Ricky Rubio Taste of His Own Medicine, Crosses Up Minnesota Guard (Video)

Ricky Rubio and the Minnesota Timberwolves had little trouble dispatching the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday night, but that won’t matter to YouTube.

Rubio usually is the player breaking ankles with his dribbling moves, but Sixers guard Michael Carter-Williams gave Rubio a taste of his own medicine in the third quarter. With the Wolves nursing a 25-point lead, Carter-Williams crossed over and sent Rubio stumbling. MCW lost the ball as he was fouled, but his wild shot somehow banked off the backboard and in.

Rubio’s probably not too worried about getting caught in a highlight, though, thanks to Minnesota’s 126-95 win.
