Nazem Kadri hasn’t scored in his last 10 games, but the young center is finding ways to create offense by setting up scoring opportunities for teammates.

One example of his playmaking ability was seen in Saturday’s game between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens at the Air Canada Centre.

In the first period, Kadri skated the puck into the attacking zone down the left side and made a beautiful deke to get around Canadiens defenseman Alexei Emelin, and then passed the puck across the ice to teammate Cody Franson for the first goal of the game.
