Cuban recently said that he wanted to be fined one last time before league commissioner David Stern retires in February, and he got his wish.

For those keeping score at home, Cuban is not far away from totaling $2 million in fines from the league since he took over as majority owner of the Mavericks in January 2000.

Dallas entered the weekend with a 24-17 record in seventh place in the Western Conference standings.
