IMG_0022_2FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots came so close to having two straight days of perfect attendance at practice leading up to Sunday’s AFC Championship Game against the Denver Broncos.

Only rookie linebacker/special teamer Steve Beauharnais was absent from practice Friday. The session was on the Gillette Stadium practice field, with players wearing sweats and shells.

It’s unclear why Beauharnais was missing in action, though there has been a bug going around the Patriots’ locker room. Beauharnais has played only one defensive snap this season.

Rookie wide receiver Aaron Dobson appears to be moving around well on his injured foot. He was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Patriots are leaving for Denver after practice.
