The Green Bay Packers let Sunday’s wild-card matchup against the San Francisco 49ers slip through their fingers — or through Davon House‘s arms, anyway.

The Green Bay cornerback came within inches of blocking Phil Dawson‘s game-winning 33-yard field goal with time expiring. After breaking off from the left side, House put himself in perfect position to block Dawson’s attempt, but somehow, the ball managed to sneak right between House’s outstretched arms and through the uprights.

While Packers fans can drive themselves crazy watching the play on loop, they can at least rest a little easier knowing that the block would not have counted, as House was flagged for being offsides on the play. Had House been successful, Dawson would have re-kicked from the 28-yard line, with likely the same result.

Check out the wild ending to the game in the GIF below.
