As fate would have it, Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman was mic’d up during the NFC Championship Game on Sunday night.

From the segment that aired Wednesday night on NFL Network, it appeared Sherman and San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree didn’t do a lot of talking during the Seahawks’ win. That was, until the end.

Sherman ran over to Crabtree after causing the game-ending interception and patted the receiver on the butt. Sherman extended his hand and said: “Helluva game, helluva game.” That’s when Crabtree smushed Sherman in the face, leading to the cornerback’s outburst after the game on live TV.
