The New Orleans Saints had their cups handed to them by the Seahawks earlier this season. So, head coach Sean Payton is pulling out all the stops in anticipation of the Saints’ return trip to Seattle this weekend.

The raucous atmosphere inside Century Link Field in Seattle got the best of the Saints in Week 13, with Drew Brees and the offense even wearing ear plugs to help drown out the crowd noise. The Seahawks ultimately put a 34-7 whooping on the Saints, holding New Orleans’ usually explosive offense to a season-low 12 first downs and 188 total yards.

With that beating still fresh in the Saints’ minds, Payton is hoping that spicing things up on the practice field might change the results when the two teams meet in the divisional playoff round on Saturday. Apparently that includes slapping the Seahawks’ logo on the Saints’ practice field this week.
