Super Bowl week is littered with player interviews and dumb questions. Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker apparently had enough of the media circus Friday and decided it was time to go rogue.
Welker, who is playing in his third Super Bowl (XLII and XLVI with the New England Patriots), was scheduled to finish up a TV spot with TSN’s Off The Record on Friday morning. The five-time Pro Bowler seemed more perturbed than entertained by the silly line of questioning from host Michael Landsberg, though, and the result was an excruciating interview — and exit.
