Bill Guerin was born and raised in the Bay State, so he knows a good backyard rink can work wonders during a long, cold winter.
Guerin, born in Worcester, Mass., and raised in western Massachusetts, now works in the Pittsburgh Penguins’ player development department. Currently residing in Sewickley, Pa., Guerin reportedly dropped $500,000 to build an outdoor rink in his backyard that’s so nice it could host a game at the next Stadium Series.
