Kelly Olynyk was a starter in the NBA’s Rising Stars Challenge on Friday, but he’d probably have been left on the bench if it were a dance competition.
The NBA filmed a short music video to Pharrell’s song “Happy” over the All-Star break that included Olynyk and other players. The Celtics rookie makes three appearances in the video, and none of them reflect positively on his dancing skills.
With most Celtics fans’ attention likely on the upcoming trade deadline, Olynyk’s dance moves can at least serve as some comic relief. Watch his cringeworthy two-step in the video below.
