Italian Basketball Coach Flips Out About Sportsmanship (Video)

There is more to sports than winning, especially to one Italian basketball coach.

Gianmarco Pozzecco, head coach of Italian basketball team Orlandina Basket, seemed frustrated after a game earlier this week when his team, in second place in Serie C, lost 78-76 to FCM Ferentino, which is just 9-10 on the season. Pozzecco clearly was unhappy with the loss, but the lack of sportsmanship shown by one of his players really got him fired up.

Pozzecco, 41, who was a member of Italy’s silver medal-winning Olympic team in 2004 and played professionally for 20 years, opened up his postgame press conference relatively relaxed. The longer he spoke, though, the more enraged he grew, even to the point of dropping F-bombs like uncontested 3-pointers.

Watch as Prozzecco flips out about his team’s disappointing loss and lack of tact in the video below.

That’s suspicious, but no one really knows how they really make Doritos.
