Love was actually paying tribute to LeBron James, who hosted his own dunk show featuring the same exact move at Miami Heat practice just a few weeks ago.
The 25-year-old All-Star seems to have James’ viral dunk sequence down to a science. He bounced the ball off the far wall and then rebounded it for a reverse dunk. Love’s teammates were so dedicated to imitating the video of James that they even reacted in a similar fashion as the Heat after the shot was made.
