brotherComplain about the food and your buddy’s significant other all you want, but your Super Bowl party was still far and away better than one unfortunate guy’s in Rochester, N.Y.

Apparently a couple of brothers didn’t think the Seattle Seahawks-Denver Broncos matchup was competitive enough, so they decided to wrestle as the game was coming to a close. Their roughhousing might also have been inspired by the bottle of whiskey they drank together, but regardless, it got out of hand when one of the men bit the other’s ear off and then proceeded to punch him in the face until he was unconscious.

Sean Fallon-Nebbia, 27, of Lake Avenue was charged with first-degree assault, a felony, after he and his 26-year-old brother fought at his apartment just before midnight Sunday, according to the Democrat & Chronicle.

Fallon-Nebbia pleaded not guilty Monday morning, but their next family get-together could be all sorts of awkward.
