The report released by Ted Wells, an independent investigator hired by the NFL, found that Incognito and fellow Dolphins linemen Mike Pouncey and John Jerry engaged in harassing behavior aimed at Jonathan Martin, other teammates and a Dolphins assistant trainer.

Incognito was suspended by the team Nov. 3 and has not played since.
