Super Bowl XLVIII Weather Forecast: Chance Of Snow In Late Evening At MetLife Stadium

It could snow or rain on the night of Super Bowl XLVIII, but it’s possible the big game would already be over.

Earlier this week, the chance of snow on Super Bowl Sunday in East Rutherford, N.J., looked slim, but Sunday’s forecast has opened up a can of worms. The chance of precipitation at night is up to 50 percent, and depending on the temperatures, that could come down as rain or snow. Temperatures during the day could reach the upper 40s, which would make for some decent tailgating — if that were allowed.
