The Denver Broncos have made some serious noise in free agency, and it might all be linked to general manager John Elway’s unconventional philosophy.

While candlelit dinners and bouquets of roses (probably) weren’t involved in the wooing of T.J. Ward, Aqib Talib and DeMarcus Ware, Elway’s approach seems to be working. The Broncos have proven they’re all in on free agents, and even if the Cleveland Browns, New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys aren’t too fond of the second half of Elway’s comment, he has reason to feel smug after a busy couple of days.
