The Boston Bruins wore special hats during pregame warm-ups Thursday night to honor and support the Boston Fire Department, which lost two firefighters in a nine-alarm fire the previous day.

The Bruins also auctioned two tickets to the game against the Chicago Blackhawks, with the proceeds benefiting the families of Lt. Ed Walsh and firefighter Michael Kennedy, who died in the Back Bay blaze Wednesday.
