The Boston Bruins’ third line continued its stellar play Monday night, teaming up for the eventual game-winning goal in a victory over the Minnesota Wild.

Bruins center Carl Soderberg did the heavy lifting on the play, stealing the puck from Minnesota’s Kyle Brodziak in the Wild zone and taking it in behind netminder Darcy Kuemper. After completing his loop around the net, Soderberg backhanded a pass straight through three defenders and onto the stick of Swedish countryman Loui Eriksson, who hammered it into the open net to give the B’s a 2-0 lead.

The Bruins went on to add two third-period goals to win their ninth straight game by a final score of 4-1.
