Clay Buchholz took the mound for the Red Sox on Tuesday afternoon against the Tampa Bay Rays and pitched six strong innings en route to a 4-2 victory.
The Boston starter gave up just two earned runs, allowed three hits, struck out five and walked two. It was an impressive performance for Buchholz in his final spring training start.
