ESPN’s Michelle Beadle Does Not Forgive Michael Vick’s Dog Fighting

Michelle Beadle, host of ESPN’s “SportsNation,” is not pleased with the New York Jets’ recent roster change.

The Jets released quarterback Mark Sanchez on Friday and signed former Philadelphia Eagles signal-caller Michael Vick to a one-year, $5 million contract. Vick was sentenced to serve 23 months in federal prison in 2007 for funding an interstate dog fighting operation. Beadle made it clear where she stands on the Jets’ decision to sign Vick via Twitter on Friday.

Beadle was receiving angry responses when she later tweeted out the hashtag “Vick’s fan base is who we thought they were.”

Since his conviction, Vick has issued numerous apologies and worked with animal organizations, but it looks like Beadle is not so quick to forgive.
