Gaby Roch and Joel Theriault are two men who appreciate a good hockey fight.

The two bruisers squared off Saturday night during a game in the Quebec-based Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey — a circuit renowned much more for fighting than for skill. Roch (in white) and Theriault certainly lived up to their league’s reputation, punching each other square in the face for nearly a full minute before fatigue finally set in and the refs swooped in to separate them.

Both were in good spirits after the bout, though, exchanging a high-five and a playful pat on the head as they skated to their respective penalty boxes.
