After the Boston Bruins took a 1-0 first-period lead during Tuesday night’s game against the Devils, New Jersey forward Ryane Clowe attempted to energize his team by dropping the gloves for a fight with Milan Lucic.
Both players traded powerful jabs in a lengthy bout before the linesmen stepped in to end it. The bout was Lucic’s sixth of the season and first since March 4.
