The Boston Red Sox are ready to turn the page on 2013 as they prepare to kick off the 2014 season in Baltimore on Monday afternoon.
Although the Red Sox took the league by storm last year as they accomplished their unbelievable “worst-to-first” campaign, they won’t have that luxury this year as they’ll kick off the upcoming season with a pretty big target on their backs. Manager John Farrell isn’t worried about that, though, as he told NESN’s Gary Striewski his team can’t control that, but they can control being ready to go for Opening Day.
Check out what else Farrell had to say on the eve of Boston’s regular-season opener in the video above.
