On the eve of the 2014 Heritage Classic, Vancouver Canucks goaltender Roberto Luongo didn’t hide his disappointment over not getting the start between the pipes. On Sunday, Luongo’s body language showed he still wasn’t pleased with John Tortorella’s decision.

With rookie backup Eddie Lack getting the nod against the Ottawa Senators at BC Place, Luongo had plenty of time to sit on the bench and think about missing out on the high-profile game he had reportedly been looking forward to all year — and he did just that.

After also missing out on the starting spot for Team Canada in the 2014 Winter Olympics, it’s been a rough couple of weeks for ol’ Lu, but it wouldn’t be Canucks hockey without a little goaltender drama.
