Tim Thomas Wears Panthers Pads, Goalie Mask In Dallas Stars Debut (Photos)

Tim Thomas made his Dallas Stars debut in Saturday night’s game against the Minnesota Wild when Kari Lehtonen suffered an injury in the third period, but he still looked a little bit like a Florida Panthers goaltender.

The 39-year-old veteran wore his Panthers pads and goalie mask, which along with his green Stars jersey, created an interesting mix of colors. Thomas was dealt to the Stars at Wednesday’s trade deadline after Florida acquired veteran netminder Roberto Luongo from the Vancouver Canucks.
