Bob Costas Raps ’99 Problems’ During Yankees-Mariners Game (Video)

Jay Z’s name comes up a lot more often in baseball broadcasts thanks to Seattle Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano signing him as his representation last season.

But play-by-play announcer Bob Costas had the best reference when he spotted a sign that prompted him to rap Jay Z’s “99 Problems” during Wednesday’s broadcast of the Mariners’ game against the New York Yankees on MLB Network.

Amazingly, this isn’t the first time Costas has rapped on-air. He also showed off his hip-hop skills by rapping some Ludacris after being asked who his favorite rapper was.
