David Ortiz went into Friday’s game with three home runs against Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Mark Buehrle, and he decided to make that four.
Big Papi sent a solo shot over the right field wall at the Rogers Centre to make the score 5-0 in the third, adding to what would eventually be an 8-1 Boston Red Sox victory. This was Ortiz’s fifth homer of the season, tying him with Mike Napoli for the most on the team.
