Greg Biffle posted his best finish of the season Monday afternoon with a sixth-place effort in the Duck Commander 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.
Biffle’s top-10 finish, which was his second of the year, led all Roush Fenway racers. Carl Edwards threatened early on in the race that was postponed due to a lengthy rain delay, but he came in 14th while Ricky Stenhouse Jr. finished in 26th place.
With the successful race, Biffle moved ahead two positions in the season-long NASCAR Sprint Cup Series standings, up to the 15th spot.
RFR and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series return to action on Saturday at Darlington Raceway.
