Jarome Iginla, Milan Lucic, Carter Hutton, Colin Wilson, Roman JosiBOSTON — The Bruins were without forward Jarome Iginla and defenseman Kevan Miller at practice Monday, but there doesn’t seem to be much worry about their statuses.

Iginla and Miller also missed Saturday’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers, but Bruins head coach Claude Julien says both players have been held out for precautionary reasons more than anything else. Iginla also missed a game last week in Detroit with a lower body injury, and Miller’s injury is undisclosed.

Julien also said Iginla and Miller will make the upcoming road trip as the Bruins will visit the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday and Winnipeg Jets on Thursday. There’s a chance both could play at some point during the road trip, Julien said.

“They’re still day-to-day, but we’re being cautious this time of year,” Julien said. “They’re coming on the trip, and there’s a chance they could play, yes.”

Julien also said there’s “no doubt” Iginla and Miller would be in the lineup if the playoffs started Monday.

Boston has four games remaining before the playoffs begin, which should allow Julien to rest anyone he pleases after the Bruins wrapped up the Eastern Conference’s No. 1 seed Saturday.
