After the Boston Red Sox won the 2013 World Series, outfielder Jonny Gomes celebrated by getting an awesome tattoo that was detailed and one-of-a-kind.
Well, not anymore.
Gomes got quite the surprise at the MLB Fan Cave in New York City last weekend when MLB Fan Cave dweller (and former NESN.com intern) Ben Barker lifted his shirt to reveal a tattoo that was nearly identical to his elaborate tattoo, which features the bearded outfielder riding on a Duck Boat holding the 2013 World Series trophy.
The surprise came at the end of a successful day for Gomes, who stopped by the Fan Cave while his team was in town playing the New York Yankees to give fans some Red Sox-themed temporary tattoos.
