The 2013 World Series champion Boston Red Sox are taking the celebration to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and Jonny Gomes has the perfect outfit for the occasion.

Gomes, ever the American patriot, bought American flag blazers for himself and his teammates last month, and he donned the sport coat Tuesday morning, ahead of the team’s White House visit. It’s unclear if any other members of the team will wear their patriotic jackets, but President Barack Obama will be presented with one of his own during the visit.

NESN.com will live stream the Red Sox’s visit, so stay on the site for the 11:30 a.m. festivities.

Check out Gomes’ patriotic ensemble in the photos below.
