Mike Tyson Throws First Pitch At Pirates Game, Fakes Ear Bite (Video)

Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson stopped by PNC Park on Thursday night to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at a Pittsburgh Pirates game.

Tyson is in Pittsburgh for a Friday boxing event set up by his Iron Mike Productions, but he managed to have a little fun out of the ring during an on-field photo opportunity.

The boxer threw a strike over the plate and then posed for a picture with Pirates catcher Tony Sanchez. Iron Mike showed he still has a sense of humor when he leaned in and pretended to bite Sanchez’s ear — a throwback to Tyson’s infamous 1997 fight with Evander Holyfield.

Sanchez looked amusingly startled afterward as he recounted the picture to his teammates in the dugout.
