Minor League Baseball Team Might Sell Hot Dog-Flavored Cocktail (Photo)

Minor league baseball teams are known for their zany uniforms and quirky promotions, but one unnamed team might be taking the strangeness to a whole new level.

The team in question is considering the introduction of a hot dog-flavored cocktail known as “Frank Collins,” which includes gin, beer, Worcestershire sauce, and of course, a hot dog spear for garnish.

The recipe also includes 1.5 ounces of frank consommé, which is the extra water from which the hot dogs are boiled.

While this creative concoction is likely an April Fools’ prank, such items as the Lehigh Valley IronPigs’ bacon scratch-and-sniff T-shirts are a reminder that nothing is out of the realm of possibility when it comes to minor league baseball.
