After falling behind 0-2 in their Eastern Conference quarterfinal series against the Montreal Canadiens in 2011, the Boston Bruins staged an amazing comeback to earn a 3-2 series advantage thanks to Nathan Horton’s overtime heroics in Game 5.
The former Bruin led the Black and Gold to a thrilling double overtime victory against the Habs, scoring the second playoff goal of his career off a rebound from an Andrew Ference shot.
The B’s eventually edged Montreal in seven games, and of course, went on to win the Stanley Cup.
