Atlanta Hawks v Indiana Pacers - Game OnePaul George and the Indiana Pacers just can’t catch a break.

The Indiana Pacers suffered an ugly 107-97 loss on home court to the Atlanta Pacers on Monday night, putting themselves one game away from elimination in the first round of the NBA playoffs.

The problems extended beyond the court for the Pacers’ star player, though, as Indianapolis’ WRTV reports that George’s home was robbed during Monday night’s game.

The burglary, which, according to police reports, occurred between 7:15 and 11:45 p.m., resulted in the theft of more than $15,000 worth of jewelry, including George’s 2014 NBA All-Star ring.

There were no signs of forced entry into the home and the home’s alarm system was not set. George’s parents, who also live at the home, said they didn’t lock the door when they left earlier that evening because they didn’t have a key to the house.
