Two Boston legends put their own take on “Boston Strong” last week.

Steven Tyler, front man of the famous Boston-based band Aerosmith, teamed up with bandmate Joe Perry and a local children’s choir to perform a moving rendition of “Dream On” as part of an ESPN “E:60” tribute to the victims and survivors of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.

The video honors Martin Richard, Lu Lingzi, Krystle Campbell and Sean Collier, who lost their lives in connection with the marathon attack, as well as the many victims and first responders who were affected in the bombing. It also looks forward to this year’s marathon, where a record turnout is expected when the race gets underway Monday morning.
