masai ujiriToronto Raptors general manager Masai Ujiri had to apologize at a halftime press conference on Saturday after he called out the Brooklyn Nets at a pregame fan rally.

Ujiri shouted “F— Brooklyn!” outside Air Canada Centre before the Raptors took on the Nets in their first-round game of the Eastern Conference playoff series, ESPNNewYork.com reported.

Ujiri met with reporters at halftime to apologize after one fan captured the GM’s expletive curse and posted it to Instagram.

“I apologize. I used wrong choice of words out there,” Ujiri said in the brief press conference. “This thing is really not about me. It’s about the players and the playoffs. So, just trying to get the crowd out there rattled.”

Ujiri did circle back in the end, though, reiterating his dislike for the Brooklyn team.

“You know how I feel. I don’t like them, but I apologize.”
