A year ago, the residents of Watertown, Mass., were locked inside their homes while the manhunt for the Boston Marathon bombing suspects was going on right in their backyards.

Now, 365 days later, the scene couldn’t be more different as the citizens celebrated their resilience and strength on the first anniversary of the manhunt with a 5K road race hosted by the Watertown Police Department.
